- Re-architected a legacy gateway and orchestration system using the Strangler Fig Pattern, with a zero-downtime migration and failsafe mechanisms. Resource utilisation improved by 40%.
- Optimised high-traffic services to sustain 10,000+ QPS. Resolved thread-contention choke points through NFR testing and JVM tuning.

- Introduced secure coding practices with libraries for Google Secret Manager and HashiCorp Consul, standardising configuration management across the org.
- Built superAI, an internal MCP-based AI platform that automates developer workflows: on-call incident triage, real-time log monitoring and GitHub operations.
- Migrated legacy deployment flows to ArgoCD (GitOps), automating CI/CD pipelines.
